Why would I need a life coach?

Life can feel overwhelming when you juggle work, relationships, health, and personal growth without a clear plan. Not everyone has an adequate support system to help sort priorities or maintain momentum. A life coach helps you pinpoint what matters most, then co-creates a roadmap of actionable steps. You gain fresh perspective, accountability, and tools to stay motivated even when things get difficult.

How do you help me create achievable goals?

We start by clarifying what you want to achieve and why it matters. Recognizing that there is never a one-size-fits-all solution, we tailor our approach to your unique strengths and challenges. Instead of tackling everything at once, we break down your top priorities into small, manageable steps you can work on each day. Some days may feel like two steps forward and one step back, especially for people with disabilities, but with steady focus you will surprise yourself with how much you can accomplish over time.

How can I attend the Next Path Coaching support group?

Simply send us a message explaining your availability. If you like, share what you hope to get out of the group. We will reply with upcoming dates, times, and whether the session is virtual or in person. There is no fee or obligation and no long-term commitment. You can join whenever you are ready.

Who should attend the support group?

The group is open to everyone, but it is especially designed for people facing mental health struggles, living with a disability, or navigating community challenges. It is a safe space where you can feel heard and seen. We cover topics related to independence, self-care, resilience, and community building. All sessions are completely free.

Is coaching all we do at Next Path Coaching?

In addition to our free support group, we plan social outings and community gatherings that participants can join. These events help you practice new skills, build connections, and enjoy peer support in real life settings. Send us a message for details on upcoming outings.

  • This work is personal for me. I have lived this experience, and I know that some who come here might be in a similar place to where I once was. Having a disability does not mean you cannot live up to the standards of others. It simply means you may need to take a different approach. Different does not mean inferior, and I want people here to see and feel that truth.
Over the years, I have supported youth and families in many roles, and I have seen how powerful it is when people have the freedom to define their own goals. Sometimes that means building skills or routines. Sometimes it means having a consistent place to be heard and understood.
My purpose in starting Next Path Coaching is to create that freedom and belonging. My approach is not about fixing anyone. It is about listening, adapting, and being beside you as you shape life on your own terms. If there is something you want to work toward, whether it is a personal goal, a new direction, or simply finding your footing, we can start with a conversation and see where it leads. Whether you choose ongoing coaching or a single check‑in, the heart of this work is the same: to see and support you as the person you already are.
